XPS 8930, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 issues

I have a XPS 8930 purchased in 2020 that has a GeForce RTX 2060 6GB GDDR6 Video installed. Recently it has been defaulting to 640 x 480 and will not let me change the resolution unless I unplug the DisplayPort cable from the RTX 2060 or the Dell U2312HM Monitor.

Once I unplug the cable and plug it back it in it will set the resolution to 1920 x 1080. I am running the NVIDIA 591.74 drivers.

The computer has an 850-Watt Power Supply, Intel i9 9900, 32 GB RAM, 2 TB SSD and is running Microsoft Windows 11 Pro x64.

What are my option to replace the video board?

Before buying anything, power down the XPS 8930. Disconnect all cabling from it. Open it up and disconnect/reconnect the video card in the motherboard slot. Then retest.

The XPS 8930 Service Manual has the complete instructions.

You also may want to test with connecting the monitor to the integrate video ports.  If the issue is persisted, the problem lies with the monitor (EDID).

Thanks for all of the suggestions. I am testing it with a different monitor to rule out the EDID potential issue.
