XPS 8930 Keeps Restarting

My XPS 8930 PC keeps randomly restarting. I've run all diagnostics (both web-based and PC-based) and I've done a complete reinstall of Windows 10 and updated the BIOS and all drivers. Yet, the PC keeps restarting randomly. Sometimes the PC gets stuck in a loop where it's just turning on an off without actually rebooting until I do a hard shutdown, unplug it and restart manually.

Run the PSU BIST test using the instructions for a PC with a PSU test button.

Also run all the diagnostics from the boot menu which you can access by pressing F12 when you see the Dell screen during boot.

Does the PC do random restarts if you run or ran diagnostics as RoHe suggested or does it only do it in Windows?  If you're in BIOS, does it do it then too?

In addition to above posts, a couple of articles that may be of help:

  1. Computer Restarts or Shuts Down Intermittently, Locks Up, Stops Responding or an Error Occurs
  2. How to Fix the Windows 10 Infinite Boot Loop Problem

Outside of that, if replacing size 2032 CMOS battery and resetting BIOS doesn't do the trick as redxps suggested, it's looking like a PSU problem, hence BIST test as RoHe suggested.
