XPS 8930, I need 3 USB ports working to be able to install a newer BIOS, but only one works

My XPS 8930 USB ports (all of them) will work with my external Seagate One Touch and other similar types of external HD, but only one USB port (one of the four in the lower back, leftmost position) will work if I try to connect a flash drive, a keyboard or a mouse. Therefore, I know that all ports are working fine, focus on the hardware side of the problem.
I have installed Windows 11, and the current BIOS installed is 1.1.24 (mode UEFI). The newest one is the 1.1.31, but I found out that first I need to install the 1.1.28, before updating to the 1.1.31 (that's what I found in Dell's website). I want to install a newer BIOS version to see if I can get more USB ports working. I have already checked for newer versions of Windows software for the ports, restoring power to all ports, and didn't work.
In order to let that only USB port that will read a flash drive with the BIOS 1.1.24, I have connected my keyboard and mouse using Bluetooth. It didn't work as Bluetooth won't work at the point when I need to use the keyboard to open the BIOS settings.
Please let me know if there is a solution for this. Until two days ago I had two USB ports working (one on the front was working fine) but now I have only one working.
Thank you in advance for any help.

Hi

IF you are only going to try simple things, then maybe the On-Screen-Keyboard may very help you out.

ALSO...........

Perhaps the first part will work for you, as W11 is installed?  Without a USB being involved.

Updating the BIOS from Windows

Note 1: Before updating the BIOS, ensure that you suspend BitLocker encryption on a BitLocker-enabled system. If BitLocker is not enabled on your system, you can ignore this step. For information about how to disable BitLocker, see How to Enable or Disable BitLocker with TPM in Windows at support.dell.com.
Note 2: Do not turn off the power or interrupt the BIOS update process during the update.
Note 3: Your system requires a restart after installing the BIOS. The restart can be deferred but must be completed to ensure that the update is installed.

Download and Installation
1. Click Download File.
2. Click Save to save the file to your hard drive.
3. Browse to the location where you downloaded the file.
4. Double-click the new file.
The system restarts automatically and updates the BIOS at the system startup screen. After the BIOS update is complete, system restarts again.

Updating the BIOS from BIOS Boot Menu (independent of operating system)

Note 1: Before updating the BIOS, ensure that you suspend BitLocker encryption on a BitLocker-enabled system. If BitLocker is not enabled on your system, you can ignore this step. For information about how to disable BitLocker, see How to Enable or Disable BitLocker with TPM in Windows at support.dell.com.
Note 2: Do not turn off the power or interrupt the BIOS update process during the update.
Note 3: Your system requires a restart after installing the BIOS. The restart can be deferred but must be completed to ensure that the update is installed.

Installation
1. Copy the downloaded file to a USB drive. You do not need a bootable USB drive.
2. Insert the USB drive into any USB port.
3. Power on the system.
4. At the DELL logo screen, press F12 to access the one-time boot menu.
5. Select BIOS Flash Update in the Other Options section.
6. Click the ... button to browse the USB drive to locate the downloaded file.
7. Select the file and click OK.
8. Verify the existing system BIOS information and the BIOS update information.
9. Click Begin Flash Update.
10. Review the Warning message and click Yes to proceed with the update.
The system restarts and displays a Flash Progress bar at the Dell logo screen. The system restarts again when the Flash update is complete.
