Unfortunately not due to analysis below.
XPS 8700 supports 4th gen processors and it has one PCIe x16 Gen3 slot for graphics and 460w power supply.
MSI RTX 5070 Ti Vanguard is a 300w card with newer PCIe Gen5. It's a triple-slot graphics card with three open air fans.
For optimal performance, it is not a good performance match for pairing and the MSI graphics card can not fully perform as designed due to outdated technology and limited support from the XPS motherboard.
For fitments, the MSI card does not fit into the XPS 8700 chassis and the XPS OEM power supply does not have enough power to support a 300w card.
