XPS 8700, GeForce 750 Ti, dual S3422DW compatible?

I have an XPS 8700 (about 10 years old) with an nVida GeForce 750 Ti graphics card. I'm looking to buy a couple of S3422DW monitors. Could I use them with my existing setup? Or am I wasting my money, I appreciate and accept that my pc is so old now that technology may have left it behind :-)

To run dual monitors with widescreen QHD, you will certainly need a different graphics card than the GeForce 750 TI.  You may consider to upgrade the video card to something with HDMI 2.0 and/or DisplayPort 1.4.  Example, Dell GeForce GTX 1660 TI.

@Chino de Oro

Thank you for that, I assume the graphics card you mention is (a) available to buy and (b) compatible with my XPS-8700?

Yes, you can source a Dell GeForce GTX 1660 TI from third party sellers.  Or you can purchase a GTX 1660 TI in other brands.  Just take note that using retail cards may require to disable Secure Boot in BIOS settings.

Either selections will, should work with your XPS 8700.
