XPS 8300, aux power on

Question

hello everyone here,

i got a dell 8300 model d03m. on the mainboard the Aux Power LED is orange and none other led on, when i plug the power, no fan test, or other check like other PC do when i plug the power cable. all other components took out only CPU, a RAM and the 24 PIN and 4 PIN and the CPU fan and the Board fan is plugged. not even the SATA or other, but Panel Pins are plugged in for power on or off.

power supply ok, tested. what can i do to recognize the problem and solve it?

yellow LED on motherboard is normal. does your pc POST? given age of pc, replace cmos battery and clear cmos settings via motherboard jumper.
