it looks like a Asetek 120 mm AIO with LGA775 retention ring and standard 3 pin radiator cooler fan. where would one plug in the liquid pump power?
it has a air shroud to vent through back. where does the two screws of shroud install on the motherboard or case?

the shroud is probably fastened by motherboard mounting screw holes shown here
