Use XPS 730 heatsink in studio XPS9100

Previously discussed the poor design of studio XPS 435T/9000 and 9100 stock heatsink that has a chimney air duct.

The duct can be removed from rest of cooler assembly.

a more premium Dell oem cooler option is to use XPS 730 or 730X heatsink.  The tower heatsink is extracted from 730 assembly without original 92mm back fan and shroud assembly . The shroud of 730 assembly tilts up at rear which prevents it from installing in studio chassis which is not as wide as XPS dozer case.

install an upgrade 92mm back exhaust fan in studio which serves same purpose as original cpu heatsink fan.

The 730x and studio 9100 use identical LGA1366 heatsink mounting hole spacing.

in this project it is actually a 730 motherboard w LGA775 socket swapped in studio 9100 case.  The 730 originally had H2C cooler, thus no air cooler nor chipset heatsink.  both were provided by a dead 730x motherboard system.  The CPU heatsink is 730X tower cooler but with 4x mounting screws extracted and reversed to be c/w LGA775.
