Hello all, I cannot  understand why, because I've done  it before, successfully,  I downloaded the BIOS update .exe file (XPS8960_2.18.0_x64.exe)  in a  USB stick formatted to FAT 32, I suspended  bitlocker, powered off  my PC , inserted USB ,when Dell appears  on screen  pressing F12  does  nothing, PC  continues to  boot  normally, what am I missing  here, thanking all in advance

Don't wait for the Dell splash screen to appear.  Press F12 repeatedly upon powering on.  By the time the Dell splash screen appears, you should see a blue bar underneath "Dell."

@bradthetechnut Thank you, yes you're right that was  my  problem, I was  waiting too long to  press F12, it  worked and I successfully installed the  BIOS  update. Thank you .

@mahadellpc  check if your Monitor is connected to GPU or onboard graphics card. Depending on your setup it can take a lot of time to show Dell logo and won't show at all
