Stuttering Audio sometimes - PC freeze for 1-2 sec after clicking windows Sound settings

XPS + 9320.

Issues:

• Random sound stuttering

• 3.5mm audio works/not work randomly

• When accessing Mic in Dota 2 ( so simple open mic ) freeze for 1-2 sec

• When accessing Sound in windows settings, freeze for 1-2 sec

I've monitored what happens when you access sound settings, apparently Windows Audio Device Isolation increases CPU from 6-8 to 10-14% ( not crazy, but clearly the audio drivers missbehaving )

Solutions tried and nothing worked:

• Clean install old driver

• Removing Dell support assist

Note: the negative impacts im seeing can differ for users, but the root cause of the issue should be same for all of us.

Update: Clean install fo Dell Realtek Audio driver version 10.0.212.1 seems to reduce this issue. from a 2 seconds stutter after pressing Sound in windows system settings into a 0.2-0.3 secoonds.


Any more ideas to completely resolve this issue? can be related to max waves audio services? ( already disabled those services )
