Studio XPS 9000 front fan holder bracket
Dell XPS front fan bracket is difficult to clean after years of use accumulation of dust in the plastic multiseptated compartment. Why does Dell have to use such user unfriendly holder? Over engineered and wasteful seems destined to be replaced by identical new one than being easily serviceable.

Similar convoluted fan holder in XPS 630/730. Is this holder meant to trap dust ? Well it does trap dust to some extent but then it is not serviceable dust filter. Or maybe Dell intends to have this as their version of filter. User may need to soak the entire plastic in ultrasonic soap bath to shake out the dirty dust trapped everywhere
