Studio XPS 435T/9000, not booting
I just bought on of these for about 50$. When I try to boot it the fans start, and stop. The power on light does not turn on, I removed the ram, replaced the cmos battery. I don't know what's happening. As of right now I have the ram removed and the drives removed. I am just trying to boot into bios.
Specs.
gpu-GeForce GTX 750 Ti
psu- Raidmax rx-535aw-t (https://www.raidmax.com/rx-535aw-t)
everything is stock.

For this 2009 PC, my first step would be to replace the CR2032 Lithium coin cell battery. These are standard and can be purchased locally. See page 8 in the Studio XPS 435T/9000 Service Manual =

@DELL-Chris M I already did this. Do I need to wait 15 minets. And also after doing something, I was able to get it to run continuously, but I can not get it into bios, or to talk to the moniter

Unknown. Perhaps test all of the video out ports on the GeForce GTX 750 Ti.

Re: the fans start, and stop
that is a bad sign in my experience. can not exclude a bad motherboard/corrupted cmos.
try clear cmos settings using mobo jumper.
