Samsung T7 shield blocks startup
With the T7 Shield on a USB 2.0 port on the XPS 8700 running Windows 10, the system will not fully boot. Stalls with the DELL logo showing. Can boot without the T7 Shield SSD connected and then plug in the T7 Shield and use it. But I'd like to leave the SSD connected all the time.

If you want to use the T7 shield on your XPS 8700 permanently, just reformat the drive to NTFS.
