Remove XPS 700/720/730 front bezel

Do you need to remove the left side panel glued to metal skeleton chassis before you can access the screws fastening the front bezel to chassis?

the right side panel is removable easily which allows user to access the right side and midline screws fastening the bezel. But I do not know how to remove the bezel without first removing the fixed (glued) left panel.
