Monitor: In Power Save Mode
When I power on my computer. The monitor indicates the following message: "In Power Save Mode". Also there are 4 letters lit up in the rear. A B C D. The A B are lit up in orange. The C D are both green. What is the orange A B indicating? And how do I get the monitor back working?

You are probably in the wrong forum possibly, the Monitor Forum might be a better choice.
However, more data could be required. What is the make and model of the monitor? What PC is it connected too?
If it is a Dell Monitor, best place to report this would be here, ---> https://www.dell.com/community/en/topics/monitors, however, if you think this is PC issue (XPS line) then reply back with the monitor and XPS models.
