jumper on connector old M-board side connecter

My power switch LED has been out for a while so I finally decided to get a new one. Problem is is powers on and off fine, but the BIOS give me a power switch error. Then I noticed my old cable has an extra jumper. Not sure if this is the problem or not. I can F12 and boot to USB. Otherwise I just cycle on the bad power cable error.
