"DS:What is your experience level with computers?"

I have used computers since 2000, primarily for personal use. I have only a basic knowledge of computer hardware and software. The Dell community forums have been a wonderful source of information provided by generous (and patient) contributors.

I have moderate experience with computers. Most of the knowledge I have comes from solving issues I have had with my own PC's. I just try to help people on this forum when I can. Hats off to the users that have been here for a long time that have an incredible wealth of knowledge about how computers and their components actually function and operate.

hands on with XPS 400/410/gen5/600/720/730/730X/8300/8500/8700.  next stop is 8900.  I really do not want to deal with the notorious swing arm chassis of 8910-8930.
