Why aren't details of DSA-2024-231 and DSA-2024-243, both listed under Fixes & Enhancements for BIOS 1.20.0, available via the Dell Security Advisory page?

I just had this update pushed onto my computer. Now I show no internet and when I try to connect, it just tells me to turn on the WiFi like I don't have a wired connection (I do). All my other computers have internet so I'm assuming it's the BIOS update as it happened immediately after.
