beware of eBay product stock pic and actual item difference
had multiple experience with seller listing item showing stock photo but shipped actual item of different design.
some do not answer buyer complaint
some procrastinate with lip service and in the end does not want to help.
lesson is to get actual item picture they will ship before commit
example I ordered this
they shipped an adapter with only 4 out of 5 wires connected 
no response whatsoever about discrepancy
I asked another seller to send an actual pic. it is like talking to a wall.

I also had seen moddiy do this. listed stock pic. asked them to send actual pic. took 10 back and forth chats. warehouse finally updated listing. the actual product is significantly different from original website.

Buying Dell oem psu on line is full of such discrepancies. many times listing DP/N is not consistent with even their own stock photo.

That was one of common problem when sourcing online parts. I think receiving item not as described or no response from seller would qualifying you to claim refund from eBay.
