Wyse D200 (P20/25)
Hello, I bought 6 Clients PCoIP and they have password to unlock the settings. Can someone help me with a Hard Reset or how to Unlock so I can set these up on my house?

On the teradici platform I believe the default password was Admin with a capital A. If that is not it and you cannot determine what it is, Dell support can assist in resetting, but as those devices are EOL they may not assist.

Thank you for responding, yes they are EOL and DELL couldn't help me.I have opened one of them and see that there are jumper pins . Is there a way to reset it on the hardware side?The link below is the security chip pdf.
