Hi,

During a firmware update one of our T00X failed to update. The user said that the progress indicator went almost to 100% but then the screen went off.

We have been unable to get the Xenith 2 to respond. The power light and yellow light display but it won't boot.

We have tried accessing the boot from USB function but we've heard that the Xenith 2 can't be booted from USB, we can't get it to either.

Does anyone know how we can flash the Bios/Firmware manually i.e. not via HTTP/FTP?

Is there any internal reset mechanism inside the case as we don't see any way to do a hard reset.
