WMS 4.4.211 on prem - certificate renewal failed

Hi,

When I try to upload a new certificate to the server, I got an error message:

"Failed to import certificate: Invalid certificate chain: the trustAnchors parameter must be non-empty. Select Skip verify and Save” to skip validation. This is not recommended."

I found this article and checked the certificate and it does have a private key corresponding to the certificate.
