Visual Studios C++ programs

I wrote a small program to fix an issue on one of our wes7 devices. Of course the small program needs the visual c++ redistributable package for visual studios 2015 in order to function. The package won't install though. Is there any known work around so I can run custom visual studio applications on wes7 devices?
