Tight VNC Password not changed
Tight VNC Password not changed
I've followed the directions from the administration manual to change the password for tightVNC. However, after rebooting, when trying to shadow the thin client, the password still is the default "Wyse".
I've tried disabling the write filter before I made the change and enabling it after. I've tried shadowing the client before rebooting and just after changing the password. After changing the password and clicking OK, there is a message saying the changes won't take effect until the tightvnc service is restarted. I've tried restarting the service in the Services console. I've also used the stop tightvnc service and startvnc service from the tighvnc program folder on the start menu.
Can anyone help me with this?
