Saving last logged in user after locking the thin client

Saving last logged in user after locking the thin client

So I am having an issue with the thin client after I turn on the FWBF. I login as the local Wyse admin account and then turn on the filter, so thethinclientname\admin is the last logged in user.

I have these machines added to my domain and have installed the Citrix desktop appliance lock to enable passthrough to my Citrix XenApp 6.5 environment (connecting through my Citrix Secure Gateway)

I would like the last logged in user to be saved for example mydomain\testuser

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Maybe my setup is completely wrong for these?

I think it is because Wyse support is horrible. They don't even review their own forums. Its sad that Dell even slaps their name on Wyse because the level of support you get from Dell is much different than the horrible support you get from Wyse. I would look into another thin client, that's what I did.

This is a good question. I wonder why no one replied in almost 2 years. I would be interested in finding out the answer.

I will have to agree with this, I have been working with support for a couple of weeks now and in the end they pretty much confirmed that the trouble I was having they could replicate and it is an issue.

A couple of weeks? Jeez Wyse support is horrible! I have actually been told not to join these machines to the domain. Just install the Desktop lock and use IE in Kiosk mode pointing to your StoreFront server
