Passing CTRL-ALT-DELETE from Wyse Zx0 Windows 7 Embedded to VMware View Desktop

I've been searching all morning but unable to find a solution to allow users to hit CTRL-ALT-DELETE on their keyboard so that it sends the command into a VMware View desktop in full screen mode instead of the thin client. I've tried disabling CTRL-ALT-DELETE on the thin client's local policy via GPEDIT.msc but that disables the key combination all together.
