how to change win 10 Pro x32 to win 10 Pro x64 on a Power Edge 830

I have a Power Edge 830 with an Intel Pentium(R) CPU D. under System says: 32-bit operating system, x64-based processor.

It works fine with Windows 10 Pro x32. wanted to change to Windows 10 Pro x64.  And then Since Window 10 is reaching its end then the PC could accept later the installation of other x64 OS.

Present conditions prevent me from obtaining a newer PC; so, I would like to be able to keep working on this PC.

Now, I tried to do a clean install of the Windows 10 x-64 but the error message tells me the computer cannot run the installation program.

What kind of drivers or other software do I have to install to allow the PC to accept the x64 Windows 10 Pro?

By the end of the month, I would like to install Linux, but the distro I have is a x64 and of course it will not install now.

All suggestions will be appreciated.
