FLASHING problem x90m7

Hi,

I have an issue with flashing X90M7.

1.I copied flash.sys (31-01-2012 from 2nd_Gen_Compatibility_Kit (WES7)

2. Created BIOS push USB with recommended WyseUSBFirmwareTool_Ver.1.16 pointing to BIOS from the same Compatibility_Kit)

3. Booted device. All blocks were updated and the Thin restarted without any messages.
At this moment I removed the USB. And thin went to Booting WES7.
When checked BIOS it still showed previous version. Version of replaced flash.sys file:

BIOS Version: Phoenix Technologies Ltd. 2.0A, 11/28/2011

Sure the Bios was changed (boot order was changed). But why the version is old?
Could be because I removed the key on restart?

I tried to rerun BIOS upgrade but now it shows "Security Key Error".

How to tackle this issue?
