Factory image

I was wondering if it was possible to have the follow image on the C90LE7.

The OS 7 in french version.
- IE 9 in french.
- adobe reader 10
- adobe flash player 10
- word viewer
- excel viewer
- Powerpoint viewer
- MSN messenger 2011 (just the messenger)
- Windows Media Player 12

The solution would not use the citrix nor the remote. Just a simple solution for navigation.
