Enable SSO on thin clients

We have 2 windows 2008 R2 RDS servers. One with Citrix Xenapps and the other one is just a RDS server. We ware testing two thin clients. The Wyse Enhanced SUSE Linus Enterprise(R50LE) and the Wyse Z90S7 Thin Client.
I'm a newbie with thin clients.. I want to enable single sign on both Thin Clients. For the citrix server i suppose i have to do something with the ICA client.
Where can i find a manual, step by step guide to enable sso..
