Wyse V90LEW with ELO Touch Monitor.

We use an ELO touch monitor with our V90LEW. I am trying to create an installation for the applications and peripherals we use on the V90LEW. I am having difficulty getting the ELO Touch to install automatically (see below).

Tyco claims that you should already have support for the ELO touch on the V90LEW. Can you tell me how to enable it?

Hi Norm,

First, Elo support should already be built into the Wyse product; to the best of my knowledge, all Wyse products have Elo drivers built into the operating system for all but the Elo APR technology (your monitor does not have APR technology).

Second, the Elo drivers cannot be installed on an embedded system using setup; they need to be included in the operating system/image build. Again, though, Wyse should already have done this. I would suggest that you contact Wyse for support.

* PROBLEM_OR_REQUEST I am preparing installation of the ELO touch monitor on a Wyse V90LE thin client running Windows Embedded Standard. I am having some difficulty getting the ELOSetup to install silently. I have used the command ELOSETUP /Iu /s, and the install runs, but the ELO tools do not appear in the Control Panel. If I run setup normally (i.e. using the setup wizard) I am requested for the location of several files (hidusb.sys, mouhid.sys, etc.). How can I perform a silent install as part of a larger install process I am creating with the installation files from ELO?
