WYSE unit displaying error messages

WYSE unit displaying error messages

Hi all,
My organisation uses Thin client model -VXO with product ID-V90LE, XPE, 1.2G 512F/512R,US for displaying JPG's as slides in stand alone mode. 

Our field enggs. are installing those JPg's using a Pen drive. Now a days it has started showing error messages of Catch memory low. Also the pendrives used are getting infected. Kindly advise the remedy to disinfect the WYSE units and also restore the system to its original operation.

Some of the WYSE units are only displaying Wall paper only. It does not show any file or folders on the desktop, even after logging with administrator password. The processor is not getting heated.We tried to replace the Flash drive from a working to non working one & the complain switched between non-working one to working one. Kindly advise.
