V30L Wiped Flash Drive

I am a tech at an electronics recycling company. We recently received many Wyse V30L's. Since we are R2 certified, and due to the clients security needs / requests, we had to wipe the flash drives in them. Being R2 certified, ideally we would like to reinstall the original OS to resell them. Otherwise we will have to just tear them down and part them out. Is there a way to reinstall the original Windows CE Pro 5.0? or will the buyers be able to?
Sorry if this has been covered. I searched around, and I didn't see anything that fit my situation. Thank You in advance for any help I may receive.
