Thin Client V30L will not boot anymore after firmware upgrade

Red face Thin Client V30L will not boot anymore after firmware upgrade

The firmware was version 5.0 Wyse FR2 build 563.15. As I was having some issue with dual screen resolution, I wanted to upgrade the firmware to the latest Windows CE6.
I was able to perform the upgrade and after it was completed, the thin client reboots and will not come back, as it is stuck loading.
I need to recover from this situation, but unable to.
Anyone with help ??
Thanks,

There is a couple of things you can do.
1- Do a G-Key reset on the unit. If unfamiliar with this process, go to www.wyse.com/manuals and search on "G key" to get more information
2- Do a BIOS factory defaults. Reboot the V30L and press and hold the Delete to enter the BIOS. Enter the password "Fireport" and select the option "Load Optimized Defaults".

If that doesn't work, you will need to send the image in for repair. For this you will need to go to our self-service portal athttps://support.wyse.com/OA_HTML/ibuhpage.jsp
