Scripting - Changing IE home page and security settings

Good morning all,

I recently inherited management of a Wyse system, including patches and images. I have had no training, so please forgive me if this is a silly question.

I have a request to change the home page in the image, along with removing a couple of Trusted Sites. From what I can tell, there is no gpedit capabilities on the terminals, so it appears that it needs to be done in the registry. So far, all attempts at registry editing have failed miserably.

Does anyone have any advice on how this can be accomplished? If the answer is "Call Support", I am fine with that as well.
