Reimaging Wyse V90LEW

I'm new to working with the Wyse boxes and I am attempting to reimage a V90LEW with Windows Embedded Standard. I have downloaded the USB support tool, and followed the instructions to create a USB key coded for pushing the image. When I boot to the USB key by pressing the P key, then choosing hard disk, then choosing the USB thumbdrive, the terminal goes to a black screen where it says "Loading GRUB level 2." After that, it gives a prompt saying "minimal BASH-like line editing is supported." I'm stuck on where to go from here. From everything I've read, I thought the image software would take over immediately after booting from the USB thumbdrive? I'm pretty confused on this process.. Any help would be very much appreciated!
