R90LW New device trying to use an ini file on FTP Server to load Icons

I just recieved 4 new R90LW devices. I have successfully added the devices to my domain and connected to my wireless network. The devices are to be used as a kiosk type device with icons on an automatically loaded desktop to access our Intranet, Internet web site and webmail. I created a new account on the device and set it to auto login using that account but I cannot get it to load the icons from the ini file. I also need to change the wallpaper so it is the same for any user that logs into the device. Any assistance or information that can be provided would be grately appreciated. I have searched the documentation for this device but can not find the information to configure this the way we want.
