New to Wyse and need help please...

I have 5 x V90LE and they have somebodies setup installed and i can only get the users login at the moment. I know to hold the Shift key on logging out and login as Admin. I just need to know the best method of sorting the windows instillation out. I think it is XP e installed. I have tried the USB but it is not seen on bootup. I have also tried using a Windows 2003 Server using FTP followed the guide but it fails. It connects and looks like it is going to work but fails each time...
Is it the right Flash file it has said to use the V92 is this correct??

Can anybody help me out here and guide me in the right direction..
