I need help for V90L screen resolution

I need help for V90L screen resolution

I work in a hospital. We recently bought V90L WYSE terminals to have in each of the patient's rooms for nurses to electronically chart. The screen view on the WYSE terminal is not the same on the regular PC: the words over-write each other and the font is much larger. We have tried to change the font size as well as the screen appearance/resolution with no success. Is there some other setting on a WYSE terminal that will mirror the same view as the PCs at the nurses station? It is frustrating when you cannot read the questions you are supposed to be asking the patients.
