Getting a Fiber Channel card to work on Wyse XPe thin client

I have a R90LEW thin client with a PCI-E slot in it. I found an LSI7204EP-LC HBA that has drivers for Windows XP. I installed the card and installed the drivers on the thin client while in write protect mode (just in case I blow it up I can just restart it).

The adapter not identifies as LSI in device manager but still shows a yellow flag. The device says "Windows cannot load the device driver for hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing". 

What am I missing that I might need to load to get this to work? Of has anyone tried another method to attach Fiber Channel to a thin client?
