Do the V90 and the V90LE use a different kind of flash drive?

I'm new to these machines so please be patient!

I was inspecting a V90 and a V90LE today, and it looked like the V90 uses a different kind of flash drive than the V90LE does? The connector for the V90LE looked twice as wide as the connector for the V90?

If this is correct, does the V90 use standard 44 pin flash memory, and what does the V90LE use?

I'm thinking of upgrading the machines to 2GB of flash memory from 1GB of flash memory, and trying to figure out what I would need?
