Correct RAM for V90 and V90LE

Correct RAM for V90 and V90LE

I want to upgrade the RAM in a V90 and a V90LE to 1GB (I believe this is the maximum.)

I believe both the V90 and the V90LE have only 1 slot, and it is a 200 pin SODIMM slot, is that correct?

Currently, the V90 has a stick of PC2700 512MB, and the V90LE has a stick of PC2-4300 1GB.

Does anyone know if standard 200 pin SODIMM RAM works in these machines, and what the fastest speed is that will work in each machine?

Or, should I stick to the PC2700 and the PC2-4300 speeds?

And again, will standard 200 pin SODIMM's, 1 stick for each machine, work correctly? I was looking at PNY or Crucial RAM.
