Wyse 5070 Extended ThinOS - Change to Win 10 IOT
Hi All,
I have purchased some Wyse 5070 Extended ThinOS devices to use with Horizon View, but i'm not getting on with ThinOS and would like to overwrite the boot loader to boot the Wyse 5070 flavor of Windows 10 IOT/LTSC 2019 instead of ThinOS. Can someone please tell me if this is possible?
If so, can anyone help guide me to how you do this?

It is not supported or possible.
What challenges are you having with ThinOS?

Ok, thanks for clearing that up, at least now I know.
Were just looking to get better performance really. At present we have Horizon 7.11 but when I upgrade the horizon.pkg file on the FTP server to upgrade the horizon client to 5.0 the performance is worse, if it then upgrade it to 5.1 its even worse. were seeing screen tearing, skipped frames and overall jerkiness. Despite have 7.11 connection servers the best performance sits with the ThinOS Horizon 4.8 client. The settings I have configured are H.264 off, Network Condition: Typical
Heres my wnos config.
