Windows Activation issue with Dell Wyse 5060 after cloning

Hi,

We used to configure our Dell Wyse thin clients in Windows Embedded 7 / Windows 10 2016 LTSB with the Dell Wyse USD Imaging Tool, by cloning. Our steps are:

1) On the Wyse we properly configured for our needs (system + applications), execute C:\Windows\Setup\master.exe to sysprep it (this Wyse script does other things too)
1) With the tool, prepare the USB key to capture the image
2) On the Wyse 5060 we properly configured for our needs, boot on the USB key and capture the image to the key
3) On another Wyse 5060 to configure, boot on the USB key and install the image captured at step two.
4) Do final configurations (name the computer...)

This was working great with Windows Embedded 7, and with some Dell Wyse 5060 in Windows 10 2016 LTSB we had.

But we have received 30 other Dell Wyse 5060 in Windows 10 2016 LTSB. If the cloning process still works without issue, we are now facing a Windows activation issue on the cloned thin clients:

"We can't activate Windows on this device because the product key was already used on another device. If you think it wasn't used on another device, select Troubleshoot below. Error code:0xC004C008"

How can we clone our thin clients with a proper Windows activation?
