Upgrade WES7 on 5020s
Hi, we purchased a number of 5020s with WES7 pre installed
Can we upgrade to Win 10 IoT for free and if so how can I download an image?

No, there never was a free upgrade as Microsoft did have a charge for the license to the new OS. There is currently no upgrade path as the 5020 is now and End of Life (EoL) product.
