Thin Clients not auto logon
So I have 5 Thin Clients all setup on the same group using WMS through DHCP Options. However, I have 2 of the Thin Clients that do not auto logon, they stop at the Windows User logon screen. Not sure why this happens with just these 2 Thin Clients and not the other 3. Any ideas?
Thanks!

Hi,
Is the password on the account that is being logged into correct on that client?

I am experiencing similar issue. Thin clients have been left to default "user" auto logon with default password. But at times on restart machine sits at windows password screen. Rebooting devices couple of times eventually triggers the auto logon. As a test I have tried removing password from user account settings on the machine for local user account, but that adds another problem when machine reboots, it stops at windows logon screen & now there are three logon options "Admin, user, & user ". One user account requires password & other does not.Not sure why two user accounts are presented here where as under local accounts there is only an admin & user account. Any input will be greatly appreciated.

1. Policy might not have applied properly. Login as admin, force unregister the unit and reregister to the group with WMS policy, wait for the reboot option, once rebooted the policies should apply.
