OOBE auto-setup for Win10 IOT thin client

Hoping for some insight on this, I'm attempting to create an image push from my WMS to a device. I've set the image up for the generic sysprep settings, but I realized that trying to send this to multiple machines across the building, they all go through OOBE upon reboot.

I know there are hands-off/automated settings you can create with some devices so that you don't have to have the user (or yourself) re-set up every new device. Basically, because I have the image already created, is there a way to add or adjust it so that it will run the unattended OOBE settings? And would I create that in an XML file, or a .bat? I'm generally unfamiliar with the script side of things.
