Kiosk mode and auto launch Vmware horizon?

Dell WYSE terminal running Windows IOT. Below are the specs

My issues is when I put the device in kiosk mode to launch the VMware horizon agent, and check the box to auto launch. The icon shows on the desktop and is the only icon there however the software does not open, until I click it.

What configuration do I need in order to make where the icon does not need to be clicked but the agent is open and is there, similar to how the configuration work on thin OS where the horizon agent login screen is the only thing there and user can login and not have click on anything to run the agent?
