Getting Started with Dell Thin Clients Win 10 IOT

New to Dell thin clients and Win10 IoT. I have used HP ones in the past. We're looking to get a plan going for thin clients and deciding on what brand to buy. I purchased a couple of 5470's off of eBay for my test bench to familiarize myself with them.

I have an instance in Azure with WMS up and running. It looks like the 5470 AIO i bought has full Win10 on it and not the IoT version. No Wyse software on it at all. I pulled down all of the software off the Dell site for it including the OS image. I had a time getting the USB firmware push to work. Went through about 5 USB sticks until i found one it liked.  It wont install, errors out with a Security Key error. I read a lot and found where it looks like i can manage the key in the config. I changed that and it happily installed, or so i thought. Even though it said it applied the image, nothing was changed.

Any ideas on applying the Win10 IoT os image?
