Redirection of Panini Check Scanner

Hello,

We have a Panini VisionX check scanner that we want to use on a Wyse R10L and the device will not redirect to the XP Workstation. I have the TCX Software installed on the Workstation, the thin client detects the hardware when it is plugged in but nothing ever gets redirected. I have added the hardware ID in the client ini file and that still does not work. Has anyone ever been able to get this type of scanner to work? I have no problem with the locally attached USB printer so I know that the redirection is working on other devices. Any help would be appreciated.
